Since I live in New York, I’m obviously a Yankee fan.  My favorite player is Bernie Williams and he recently has been in the news.  This blog I found is all about what Bernie’s role will be next year and if he will even be a part of the team.  Because of his age many critics think he should retire, but as a true fan I definitely want to see him stay.  I agree with this blogger in the fact that the Yankees should definitely be treating him with more respect since he has been on their team for like 14 years.  Although I’m a Yankees fan I think they are not handling this situation correctly.  For a person who has been such a role model in a yankee uniform I think they should bring him back for another year and let him retire on his own time.  I like this blogger’s ideas and I agree with them.  If you’re a Yankee fan check out their site!
