In trying to find something to blog about this week, it was only appropriate to search for “snow storms in ny” and see all of the hits that popped up. I found one blog through Technorati about the snow storm on Valentine’s Day. This blog addressed one person’s experience in trying to get on airline flights and get around, but due to the bad snow storms, it was nearly impossible. I saw something on the news about one particular flight that was full of passengers and on the runway for NINE hours. How ridiculous is that?? I think this blogger brings up a good point about what many travelers felt on Valentine’s Day.
Although this blogger didn’t necessarily experience that nine hour delay, he had many other delays and detours along the way. Currently there are talks about passing a law stating how long passengers will be able to be parked on an airplane without moving. I definitely think this law should come into effect because it definitely is not fair to make anyone wait like that.
